Kentucky State Fair

2022 Qualifying period runs from July 1 - June 30.

Qualifying Requirements

Competitions MUST complete ASHBA's Horse Show Application at least 1 month prior to the competition dates in order to be a qualifying competition for the World’s Championship Horse Show.

Results MUST be submitted to the ASHBA within ten (10) days of the last day of the competition in order for the exhibitors to qualify for the KSF World’s Championship Horse Show.

Owners, riders, drivers, handlers and trainers of American Saddlebred and Half American Saddlebred horses showing at USEF licensed competitions must be an ASHBA competing member. 

2019 First Time Exhibitors & Trainers

The Kentucky State Fair World’s Championship Horse Show, along with the American Saddlebred Horse Association (ASHA) is pleased to present the First Time Exhibitor and Trainer presentation in Freedom Hall on Tuesday, August 20 at 5:30 PM.

First time exhibitors and trainers will be welcomed to center ring to receive their First Time ribbons and pose for a group photo.

Sign-up for the presentation is encouraged before the event and may be done online.
