Authentic is just as his registered name implies - an authentic, genuinely versatile American Saddlebred! He is bred in the purple and is a half brother to multiple world's champions, but the show ring isn't where he makes his mark. He is a champion of champions to his two biggest fans as he takes them anywhere they want to go! Thanks to Jen Corcoran for sharing.

These 5 very well-bred American Saddlebreds competed in Oregon's 50 mile Grizzly Mt. Endurance Ride. Way to represent our versatile breed! L to R - Velveteer & Shelah Wetter, Haven's Haute Diggity & Aemi Dalbesio Miller, Hero's Pizazz & Natalie Mayer Law, Caper's Positively Radiant & Jen Jacobson and Velvet Prance & Kim Elkins. All bred by Pamela Heiman & Shelah Wetter's Blue Haven Stable. Velveteer shows off in Saddlebred style in the photo to the right. He competed in the five-gaited division in October. What a transition!
