Saddlebred Sponsorship Opportunities Available for ASHA Webcast of TSE/Tattersalls Fall Sale

Lexington, Kentucky - Saddlebred Sponsorship opportunities are now available for the American Saddlebred Horse Association's (ASHA) live streaming video Internet webcast of the TSE/Tattersalls Fale sale, set to take place beginning Thursday, October 29, through Saturday, October 31.

For only the second time since ASHA has begun webcasting multiple Saddlebred events throughout each year, ASHA is offering the opportunity for webcast sponsorship. The first sponsored webcast was this year's webcast of the World's Championship Horse Show. ASHA has recently implemented technological advances which enable the capability for sponsors to have an “in video” presence during the actual webcast.

Sponsorship options and benefits being offered are as follows:

World’s Grand Champion level - $1,000

  • Webcast would be referred to as “ASHA Webcast, presented by [Sponsor Name]”
  • Sponsor name and/or logo permanently displayed on-screen throughout webcast
  • Video promo/commercial played at introduction and conclusion of live webcast
  • Periodic on-screen pop-up image of name and/or logo, in recognition as webcast sponsor
  • Banner ad placement on webcast page of ASHA website
  • Name and/or logo displayed on ASHA webcast page, in section acknowledging webcast sponsors
  • Five complimentary subscriptions to view all ASHA webcast events for one year

World’s Champion level - $500

  • Video promo/commercial played at introduction and conclusion of live webcast
  • Periodic on-screen pop-up image of name and/or logo, in recognition as webcast sponsor
  • Banner ad placement on webcast page of ASHA website
  • Name and/or logo displayed on ASHA webcast page, in section acknowledging webcast sponsors
  • Three complimentary subscriptions to view sponsored webcast

Blue Ribbon level - $250

  • Periodic on-screen pop-up image of name and/or logo, in recognition as webcast sponsor
  • Banner ad placement on webcast page of ASHA website
  • Name and/or logo displayed on ASHA webcast page, in section acknowledging webcast sponsors
  • One complimentary subscription to view sponsored webcast

To inquire about sponsorship opportunities, contact Laura Waldock, at l.waldock@asha.net, or (419) 215-8464. The sponsorship application form can be found here, and a document showing the sponsorship levels and benefits (also shown above), can be found here.

Revenues received from subscriptions and sponsorships go to offset the production costs of the webcast. Any surplus is applied to the promotional efforts of ASHA.
