Saddlebred Convention Deadline Drawing Near for Discounted Registration and Hotel Rates

Lexington, Kentucky - The deadline to receive discounted registration and hotel room reservation rates for the 2010 ASHA Convention & Youth Conference is this Friday, February 5.

Attendees at the 2010 ASHA Convention & Youth Conference, set to take place beginning Thursday, February 18, through Saturday, February 20, can receive a discounted rate if registrations are received on or before this Friday, February 5. A Registration Package for the Convention includes admission to the all seminars and forums, as well as the ASHA Awards Luncheon, Reception Honoring Equitation, ASHA Annual Members Luncheon, and the grand finale of the Annual Convention, the American Saddlebred Ball.

Individually, the admission prices for these events add up to a total of $250. For registrations submitted on or before this Friday, February 5, attendees can purchase a full Registration Package for the reduced rate of $225. Registration forms for the 2010 ASHA Convention can be found here.

A discounted registration rate is also available for attendees of the 2010 ASHA Youth Conference. For registrations received on or before Friday, February 5, a complete Youth Registration Package can be purchased at a reduced rate of $85. A complete Youth Registration Package includes all Friday night activities, Awards Breakfast, Field Trip and Youth Awards Luncheon.

For registrations submitted after Friday, February 5, the price of the Youth Registration Package will be $120, which offers a savings of $35 to register on or before this deadline. Registration forms for the 2010 ASHA Youth Conference can be found here.

Discounted hotel room rates are also still available. Convention attendees have the opportunity to reserve rooms at the Marriott Griffin Gate Spa and Resort at a discounted nightly rate of $99, if reservations are made by this Friday, February 5. Reservations can be made at the Griffin Gate Marriott by calling (800) 228-9290, or online, here.

When making reservations by phone, be sure to identify that you are part of the American Saddlebred Horse Association Annual Convention & Youth Conference.
