Cowart, Knowles, and Koso to Judge California Futurity Horse Show

Lexington, Kentucky - The California Saddle Horse Breeders Association has announced judges for the 68th Annual California Futurity Horse Show, October 19-21 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Kim Cowart, Statesville North Carolina, will judge Saddlebreds and Ponies, as well as Saddle Seat Equitation and Open Pleasure classes. Dwayne Knowles, Kutztown Pennsylvania, will judge the Morgan Division. The newly-added Carriage Pleasure Driving Division will be judged by Susan Koso, Topsfield Massachusetts.

The California Futurity Horse Show will be returning to South Point in Las Vegas, the finest hotel/casino and indoor horse facility in the country, with a 4,600-seat arena and 1,200 climate-controlled horse stalls. The hotel includes spacious rooms and suites with 42-inch LED televisions, Point Plush mattresses and Wireless Fidelity throughout, also a huge pool and spa, 16-screen Century Theatre movie complex, 64-lane bowling center, and nine restaurants catering to all appetites and tastes. The casino features a large selection of table games and the latest slot and video poker machines. All of this is under one roof and located just minutes away from the famous Las Vegas Strip.

The three-day show will again feature Jackpot and Grand National classes, championship belt buckles and showgirl presenters. The show schedule is matinee only, allowing exhibitors to enjoy Las Vegas at night.

Special room rates for exhibitors start at $50. Make your reservations using room code CAL1014.
