The Frank Ogletree Youth Award honors ASHA Youth Members who have exhibited a true sportsmanlike attitude throughout their show careers. All nominations must be in writing and include a brief description of why you feel this person qualifies for the award. The deadline for submissions is October 31. The nominee should meet the following guidelines:

• Current active ASHA junior member.
• Demonstrated an ongoing commitment and dedication to the American Saddlebred.
• Serves as a positive role model for peers.
• Earned awards for accomplishments in horsemanship at local, state or national levels of competition.
• Exhibits all personal characteristics that exemplify true sportsmanship principles.
